Looking for a room around UofA area or around 104st to 112st - 78ave to 85ave.. looking to pay $600/$750 or lower and for everything included if possible but no problem with paying my end of bills.

No problem living with students or mature individuals I get along well with everyone.

I’m a non partyer non drinker non smoker I’m 420f on and off Mary-j at the moment off.. Normally working out so hopeful of a bigger room if possible with washroom and could pay more if need be.. My stay would be 6months (( can stay longer if need be )) or less if possible because I’m looking for an apartment in the UofA area or Whyte ave somewhere. I have secured income and have my own Rental company so rent will always be on time with no issues I have no problem providing proof of my finances. Very friendly and open minded guy very easy to get along with and mostly stick to myself. I’m very very clean and tidy and always clean my dishes and pots after I use them. I will probably bring my own.

Don’t mind living with male / females I’m very respectful so no worries.. LGBT friendly I love animals aswell
