Andrés

Hi, my name is Andrés. I’m from Colombia and I just turned 24 years old. I’m looking for a place to live 3 months in Ottawa problably from may 1 to july 31 2024. I am in the economics program in my home country and I am a merit recipient of the MItacs program for a research internship with a professor from Carleton University. My native language is Spanish, I communicate well in English and I am taking courses to learn French (I think I already understand the basics). I am a calm person who may not talk much at the beginning but after some time and starting to feel comfortable I bring out my social side. I consider myself tidy, clean and respectful. In general my leisure activities in my home country are to stay at home and use the computer, however, in my 3 months visit in Canada my idea is to socialize more, to know the places, people, go to meetings, events, parties, etc.
