Hii ! My name is Alex and I am a senior in high school and need to move out after I graduate. (Between early August to late September)

I am down with almost any arrangement and I’d be more then happy to help with cleaning or other things to make up for my budget! Personally, I do not smoke or drink but I do not mind if others do. I have a cat named Bookshelf that I would love to bring with me, but I understand that most places do not allow pets and will not bring him if need be. (I have a very wonderful friend who is willing to take him for me)

I am looking for a place to stay until September 2025 at a minimum, as I am taking this year to work and save before attending UBC.

I am a very punctual and hard-working person, I have worked since I was 14 and raised my two siblings + taken care of my parents all my life. I am very easy-going and will mostly be working or studying. I do love to play games with friends but I can keep the volume down haha.
