About me: I am working as a Recruiting Coordinator (full time), I am a very organized, clean and caring person. I love spending time outside and stay home for movies. Bonus if my roommate becomes my friend as well so we have wine nights watching movies.

State: Furnished, if possible. Clean space, without insects or pests. I will maintain it the same way
Pets: I have a pet bunny 🐇, she is very cute, clean and friendly, never damaged a thing, litter trained and lives in her playpen. Can be carrot bribed :D
Parking: 1 parking spot needed included in the rent
Equipment: I would like to have fully functioning kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, countertop etc.
