Looking for a place to move in by Jan 1st, 2025

I want a place preferably near Sheridan College (OAKVILLE), or Clarkson. (MUST BE within walkable distance to Go Station or to Sheridan College Trafalgar)

I am a music student and would like a roommate who doesn’t mind a little bit of noise. (I don’t mind noises or guests)

I like to keep the common areas like the kitchen, and washroom clean, but not OCD clean.

(I am not a smoker but I don’t mind you smoking as long as you don’t smoke in the common areas!) I don’t mind pets at all as a cat-lover myself!

I don’t mind furnished/unfurnished

• I Would like a place where I can bring in guests… no strict guest policy although I’m not a party gal and the most I would bring would be 1 friend at a time or my boyfriend.
