I work at a Toronto tech company. Mostly working from home but I go into the office 1-2x/week. Work schedule is generally 9-5. Also working on a couple side projects.
I keep my living space clean β Iβm not a clean freak but my place will never get dirty dirty. It can get a bit messy on occasion when things are really busy.
Been prioritizing my health lately β gym/yoga/mobility in the mornings, sleeping early (9/10pm), drinking less often, meal prepping, and I have a 4ft tall Red Light Therapy Panel you can use too (helps with skin, hair, muscle recovery, reducing inflammation etc.)
Big standup comedy fan (Andrew Schulz, Burr, Chappelle, Louis CK, Ricky Gervais, Bobby Lee, Andrew Santino, Tom Segura, Sam Morrill etc.)
