Looking for room close to universities $1000 (inclusive with parking) is my max budget.

I spend alot of my time at work or at my friends house, but when I am home I tend to keep to myself. Unless roommates are social, then I like to join. In my spare time I like to be outside, I am also a weed smoker but only at night and I will always respect spaces and go outside. I don’t go out often, but on occasion I like to. I also enjoy hosting for my small group of friends from time to time.
