Hello, I am a mature graduate student going to SFU in downtown Van. I have a car, am single, no kids, no pets of my own. I’m very organized and clean. I love to cook, and do my dishes as I use them. I rarely drink. I’m a creative person that does some painting and songwriting on occasion. I have a daily yoga practice, and my main passion is skateboarding. I prefer to live with middle-aged people who do not smoke cigarettes (smoking weed outside is fine). My school program finishes in spring 2025, so I am looking for a clean, stable, respectful place to live until then. Thank you, Sarah
