My friend and I are both students in the arts (film/acting) looking for a place in Van or North Van starting mid-late August! We are looking for either a 2-bed place, or a bigger space with roommates with a budget of about $1000-$1300 a month per person .

Both of us have experience living in shared spaces and are very quiet, clean, and respectful tenants. Neither of us smoke or have pets, although we do love animals. We enjoy movies, games, crafts, and anything creative! Please reach out if you have a space or would like to team up :)
