Hello, I am planning on moving to Canada around february 15th from Belgium. I would like to rent a room from 800 to 1000$ at max 30 min transport distance from dowtown. I am a calm, easygoing and neat person. I have a preference for a no pet policy since i am scared of cats. I don’t mind long term as much i have guarantees since scams are so frequent.
