Hi everyone! My name is Davinia and I’m looking for a responsible housemate to go in on a two-bedroom apartment together. I am looking to move in on March 1st.

Some info about me: I am in my late 20s and am looking for a new home as my ex-partner and I recently separated. I am currently a server at two restaurants. Before this, I had a 7-year career in tech but left it to pursue a new career in landscape design and landscape architecture and will be starting school in September 2024.

I am a non-smoker and have 2 cats. They are both spayed and are very well-behaved cats. My cats are very particular so I am looking for a housemate that does not have any animal companions/pets and are open to cats that may be affectionate with you.

I am a very clean and tidy person and go above and beyond to make sure my home is sparkling at all times. I expect the same from anyone that I am living with. I care deeply about my space and taking care of my personal items/furniture. I can fully furnish the living room and part of the kitchen however, you would need to bring your own pots/pans/knives as well as your own bedroom furniture. I would love to eventually become friends with my housemate if possible, however, it’s not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that we are compatible to live with each other and are respectful of each other’s needs when it comes to maintaining a shared space.

For fun, I like to ice skate, paint, and garden. I cook a lot and would love to share meals with my housemate if they are open to it. I hope to hear from you soon! :)
