I’m and 18 year old going into my first year of University this fall. I am looking to find a female around the same age looking to share expenses. I value a clean space and open communication. I enjoy playing my guitar and am a pretty easy going person. I am hoping to find a pet friendly place as have a cat that I plan on bringing with me, of course the pet deposit will be my responsibility. I am pretty social person, but also need some alone time. Finding a room mate that can balance both will be important to me. I like to keep the common areas clean and tidy. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things fair for both parties. My monthly budget is $800.00 and I’m looking to find a place for September 2024.
