Hi, I’m Tamara. I’m looking for a bright furnished or semi-furnished room.

One thing to know about me is that I’m basically OCD clean and tidy, so living with someone with high standards for cleanliness and home aesthetics is an absolute MUST. Decluttered, very bright and warm spaces is what I’m all about.

I’d love to find someone who treats their flat as a home, is caring and responsible, and takes immaculate care of the household already with weekly cleaning schedules.

My ideal roommate is a dancer or someone who loves music, enjoys similar genres (mainly Latin and Pop), and is usually upbeat and in a good mood. During daytime I am generally energetic and lively, but I need downtime and silence in the evening to recharge and slowly unwind before bed.

I’m 29 and my background is in teaching and event management, and I’m currently working as an online ESL teacher, and I work from home although that will probably change soon.

Other than that I’m an avid traveler, dancer, and a foodie, into self-improvement, and have a deep connection with nature.

I have quite a strict routine so I won’t have much time to hang out but I’m easy-going and approachable and I’ve always had great atmosphere and communication at home with my flatmates. I’d be happy to share a meal or cook together occasionally or go out sometimes, though. Would be awesome to find someone who shares my values as I am mindful of the kind of energies I surround myself with. And please, absolutely no smoking/weed/substances.

Last but not least, I don’t have any credit score to show as proof yet, but I can provide proof of regular income + 2 Canadian references from my previous landlords/flatmates.

I’m looking for a short-term rental (3-6mo) as of November/December.

*Please note that I’m currently traveling in the US so I’m not in Toronto, and would require a video viewing and meeting you (all) on a video call.
