I have a few rooms available in my house. I don’t just want someone to rent a room. I work away from home and want someone to look after the place while I’m gone. It’s easy. Let the dog out. Feed a few hens and collect the eggs. Huge garden that can feed the whole neighbourhood and the house is on the water. Prospective roomies would need a car. Plenty of parking and potentially park in heated garage.
