I would consider myself to be very approachable and easy to be around while also content to keep to myself. I’m a skilled communicator, responsible/accountable while also kind/warm, non judgemental and generally very easy to live with.

In terms of cleanliness I am pretty meticulous with my own spaces and always contribute to keeping common areas clean as well. Looking for other similarly lowkey and clean individuals to share a peaceful home with.

I generally work multiple jobs one remotely in marketing, one waitressing and the last being my online shop I am developing. Willing to find a new waitressing job if I end up moving far.

I am currently renting near Kerr and Speers. I am also a student in between semesters at Sheridan planning to return in the fall.

I have a cat her name is Dust, she is hypoallergenic, doesnt shed, easy to care for and I make very sure that her areas are meticulously kept and odourless.

Personality wise Dust is friendly, adorable, sweet and loving. Whatever occasional dust bunnies occur are promptly cleaned up by me.

To see how things go, month to month would be ideal, with the option of a lease in the future if its a good fit. Although I am of course open to a lease as well.
