Hi! I’m an RN and property owner/manager looking for a long term rental in Vancouver or North Vancouver for October 1st. I am moving from Interior BC to explore Vancouver/lower mainland and create more community in the area. I work as a nurse consultant from home 4 days/week. Reciprocity, kindness, empathy, boundaries, and emotional awareness/Eq are my top priorities in life and with co living situations. I am active (hiking, kayaking, biking) and take care of my mental health. I am clean and respectful of the home environment, making sure to also be mindful of personal space/time/energy. I am more extroverted, however I do well with being alone/independent. I love board games and photography! I am hoping to find a suitable roommate/co-living arrangement and would be happy to chat for more information! 😃
