i prefer to room up with fellow young professional(s) around my age or older

i am likely to be allergic to cats :( … so, as much as i love them i’d have to say no to living with them…or at least to being in their proximity

i’d be open to planning roommate activities like art/movie nights or going out, though I mostly keep busy/to myself

some preferences are proximity to a streetcar/subway stop, ensuite/owned bathrooms if allowed by the budget, communicative and cleanly roommate(s) .. also being able to sublet for a few months before signing a lease would also be great. we can discuss these in more detail, as most aren’t deal breakers.

i’m not picky about much else, comfortable living with any gender
