Vincent

My name is Vincent who have lived in Vancouver for about 7 years graduating from Columbia college and working at a restaurant for 4 years as a manager. 

I am looking for a decent place for myself. I am independent, responsible, friendly, and easy-going. I clean up after myself and do care of my own place. Since I have been approved as a permanent resident, I would like to go back to school, and thankfully I got an approval from BCIT starting in April. That is the reason why I would like to move into a place nearby the school. A place nearby Metrotown station and Brentwood station would be preferred. Even though my budget is $1000 per a month, my max budget is around $1200 only for a condo with a gym with a consideration.

I am looking for a place starting on March 1st for a long term if that is possible.
