Hi!

My name’s Kate. I’m currently studying French at Trent.

I’m looking for some new roommates! The majority of my current housemates are moving on and I would like to fill the rooms with some awesome people!

The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 (technically 3) bathrooms, a large living room, a decent kitchen, laundry that doesn’t cost extra, and ample parking. Utilities are extra, though the rent is pretty reasonable at 650 per room.

Personally, I’m a quiet, tidy person. I tend to keep to myself, though if you’re down for board games I will come out of my shell lol My interests are reading, board games, plants, and cooking (which I am happy to share).

I’m hoping to find people who like to keep a clean place. I personally don’t smoke weed, but I don’t mind if you do. I do have a car, so rest assured this place has parking!

I have furnished 90% of the place! The only common room item I don’t have is a coffee table. Though tbh a new couch probably wouldn’t be a bad idea.
