I am looking to rent with (or team up with) one or more people to create a relaxing, beautiful home in (ideally) the Vic West/Esquimalt/View Royal area. I am easy to get along with and like a balance of private and social times. Friendly, respectful interaction in the household is key and I hope to share conversation and a meal from time to time and perhaps even an occasional dinner party. My interests include the creative Arts, healthy cooking, gardening, hiking, Yoga/meditation (which I have taught, and practice daily.) I would prefer a character house with a garden &/or deck, though I’ll consider a light, spacious apartment with a good sized balcony, as I would like to grow food, flowers and herbs. I prefer to keep common spaces clean and tidy though an occasional lapse is fine.
