Hello, I’m currently looking for a room to rent near coffee places, pubs and active areas at the beginning of January. I’m moved to Edmonton to expand my company. I own a business in automotive programming, diagnostic and calibrations electronic system in Calgary. I travel back almost every weekend to Calgary. I’m looking for a room as well as a garage spot to keep my electronics equipment warmer than being out side in the cold. Its a small van 2018 ford transit connect.

Little about myself, I’m well trained for a roommate situation as I own an acreage with 3 female 1 male roommates and a rental property in Calgary. I can be quite beneficial to your property as I know how to deal with plumbing, furnaces, electrical or any situation a house problems can give you, i had 6 years of construction business and dealing with insurance claims.

Reason I prefer roommate situation is because I lived with roommates for over 12 years and I would like to experience having a positive vibe landlord and not be a landlord and hopefully gain some Edmontonian friends. I am self aware, clean, active, respectful, non smoker and I also would like to join a volleyball team to fill my evenings. I enjoy progressive house, house type of music and anything with a good beat or melody. Planning to stay in Edmonton for a year or more. If u have any questions please ask away.
