Looking for someone to team up with to get an apartment together, would prefer to get a place south of Portage and north of Corydon, I can afford up to $750 for my share of rent, utilities, internet, etc. While it says I’m ready to move now, I would actually want to meet my potential roommate before I start looking for a place with them and give my notice to my current landlord.
I’m pretty chill, and will leave you alone if you want to be alone or we can sit together in the living room and hang out. Most of the time I’m home I’ll be doing stuff online or baking. Yes you read that right, I bake stuff, so there will be tasty things laying around from time to time. I’m not a big drinker nor a party animal and would prefer you weren’t either. I do have some living room stuff I’d prefer not to get rid of so a 65 inch TV for movie nights is another perk of having me as a roommate.
I have not checked the LGBT friendly box due to past trauma experiences, I’m not outright anti LGBT however so feel free to reach out and I will make a case by case decision once I’ve met you and interacted with you a bit.
