Finance/economics professional, mature 60+, (my full professional profile is listed on LinkedIn). Looking for a furnished room for a three to six-month term (but can extend if mutually agreeable). I’m clean, quiet, responsible and respectful of others’ privacy (and seeking the same in an accommodation). I work from home (manage my investment portfolio full-time). Quiet & friendly, but not a party animal. Enjoy hiking in the mountains (the principal reason for my relocating to Calgary) and working out at the gym. Also a non-smoker, a light drinker, and do not use drugs. No issues with money so rent will be paid promptly at the beginning of the month.
