I am looking for a room plus my own bath, I have a small cat who is very well trained and I would be responsible for any damages (even though she does not damage anything right now). She is fixed and very shy. She hides a lot. I would try to keep her in my room. I am very clean, quiet and respectful, I do not smoke or drink, only if going out with girls, I do not invite people over but rather leave home myself as I work full time from my room. I work as a Bmo investment specialist.
I do not have any massive furniture, but could buy some of planning to stay long term in the apartment chosen. I am looking for somewhere closer to Toronto downtown, but okay with areas like: High Park, North York near subway, Liberty Village, Summerhill. Preferred move in date Feb 1 or 15.
