Respectful,reliable male late 30s ,clean and tidy living enviroment.I am gainfully employed and a professional in my field (mechanical engineer)I have a 10year female old dog who is so well behaved easy going,never makes a sound ,house trained , medium size,kind as can be. I have steady income and finances and I am away from the rental more then when I’m there for work or sports and socializing with friends and family away from the residence ,living a quiet and private existence while at home. Looking for October 15th ish or November 1st open for a roommate if compatibility is there and option to split a nicer apartment or space inclusive house.
