Courtney

My name’s Courtney (she/they). Originally from Toronto, I worked in urban planning and ecology/sustainability for many years before moving to the island and falling in love with life out on the water. I now work in the marine industry.

As a roommate, I am quiet, friendly, tidy and respectful. When home I like to watch cozy mysteries, read, knit and generally decompress from my busy work schedule and outdoor/ocean-based hobbies.

I really enjoy friendly, respectful roommate situations in which we have a meal or hang out together every now and then but also are comfortable doing our own thing in shared spaces and separately in our rooms. I feel like kind and communicative roommate situations can really make a house feel like a home.
