I’m a design student graduating this winter semester. I’m working part-time 3 days a week and will be full time after graduate while job hunting.

📍 Location: anywhere close to TTC subway (within 10-15 min walk), preferred Midtown, North York / Finch around Yonge, West end til High Park, East end around Greek Town. Anywhere with local cafe, groceries, restaurants around would be really nice! I don’t drive - so prefer anywhere accessible to frequent public transport / bike-friendly

🙏 Requirement: I would love a private room with some sunlit windows as I have bad allergy, so maybe no basement. Also, would preferred laundry in unit and sharing with 3-4 people max.

🥳 About me: I love hanging out at cafes to enjoy nice coffee or tea, grocery shopping, and cooking some easy Asian meals. I’m more on an introvert side but I like to meet new friends. I always keep sharing space to be clean and tidy as possible.

I love animals, so I don’t mind pets!
