Hi! Me and my indoor cat are looking to cut costs and move into an unfurnished room with a cat appreciating roommate(s). I’m pretty quiet and relaxed, though I am looking for a space big enough to fit a desk to allow me to work from home sometimes, and I’m definitely an extrovert so if you like to be social with your roommate I’m down. My hobbies are art, reading, yoga, video games, some hiking and baking. Unfortunately I’m American so I have no Canadian credit built up, but I can provide references, proof of income, and can show my good USA credit if that helps. I do have a car that I’m willing to shop together with if you like.

My cat is pretty chill and goofy, she loves to sit on anyone’s lap in the evening and chase tennis balls. She’s not allowed outside though because she’s super dumb.

I would love a space that has:

High speed internet included (essential)

Cat friendly (essential)

Unfurnished

Hydro included

Air conditioning

Walking distance to any metro

Parking spot/easy parking

In unit washer/dryer or hookups (I have both, willing to sell them or move them in)

Dishwasher/hookups (same as above, willing to sell or move it in)

Good lighting/windows for my cat to look out of
