I’m currently renting a 2bed2bath unit and looking for a roommate. It’s a nice place with an exercise room and party room which you can reserve to host people. I just ask that the place is quiet / clean. I work 6 days a week so I should be gone a lot but I like to come home to a decently clean place. I’m pretty quiet and laid back myself and open to discussion. I exercise often and study to improve my skills in my off time so that is an idea about me! I also might ask you occasionally to listen to a standup comedy skit I wrote to see if it’s good or not.
