Urgently looking for room or roommate type rental for April 1st which is less than 2 weeks away. I’m a 43 year old male, I don’t do drugs as I am in recovery but that in no way means you can’t have a good time and have a drink or spark up a joint in front of me, it’s not going to bother or trigger me. I would just strongly prefer not to be around heavy alcohol use or drug use that goes any further than smoking weed. This isn’t me demanding or being picky or anything like that I’m just putting everything out in the open so everybody knows what everybody expects of one another and hey if it’s not a good fit we don’t waste each other’s time. I’m super chill, laid back and friendly…maybe a little shy at first but you’ll see im pretty easy to get along with. Sorry about the long story but since covid housing has been a nightmare for me and I’ve had a few horror stories so I figured this time I’d throw my expectations out there and hopefully I can find someone who is a good fit who feels the same way and knows how to exercise basic respect and common Sense when living with others. Hopefully there’s someone on here who feels the same way and just wants a peaceful place to come home to with chill people. Thanks for your time and have a great day!
