Hello everyone, As you can see, my name is Chris, I am 31 year old extraverted introvert and have recently moved to Vancouver. I’m currently living with friends but looking for my own place with others starting July 1st! Open to short-term but would prefer something long-term My budget is ~$1200, looking for a space in or around Mount Pleasant or west end, but I’m open to offers outside of these neighbourhoods and price. As a housemate I am respectful of communal spaces and I tidy up after myself. I am also respectful of peoples boundaries and their need of personal space, but also keen to get together for dinner, park hangs, hikes, beach, or what ever that may be when we have the time. In my spare time I go for hikes (did the Camino de Santiago in May), shoot some hoops at the local outdoor basketball court, go to the bush to learn more of the local flora and fauna, and of course spending time and nurturing my friendships.
