I’m looking for a roommate to team up with (not just find a room). I’m easy-going, friendly, and respectful of different cultures. I value:

A quiet environment (not overly strict, but I prefer to avoid constant disturbances)
Clean shared spaces
A private bathroom
Mutual respect I work Monday to Friday, so I’m usually out of the house during the day.

I want to be upfront about a 3 visits I’m expecting this year:

A 2 week visit from a friend
A 2/3 weeks visit from my parents
A 2/3 week visit from my brother

If you’re okay with that, that’s great! I generally don’t host parties or invite people over, but the visits I mentioned are expected. I’m also open to your friends or family visiting as well.

Budget-wise, I’m flexible if we find a place that feels like a good fit. For me, teaming up is a great way to find someone who might have similar values or can set rules together.
