I’m a working professional in the language services industry and lead a very healthy lifestyle. I have no pets; I’m a non-smoker, not the party type but I would have dinner with friends occasionally if allowed. I’m friendly but respectful of other people’s privacy and space. I want to live in a pleasant atmosphere, where things are kept clean, and people are civil. I have seen LANDLORDS ARE GETTING INTO THE HABIT OF NOT RETURNING THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON.
