I am an Australian female traveller on a two year work permit. I have been living in Vancouver since July 2023, but back home in Australia for a visit now. I will be returning to Vancouver on the 18th January 2025. I am looking for a place to rent until 1st July 2025, ideally within walking distance of a train line specifically the central line. I have work as a contractor Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Richmond and currently teeing up more work in clinics around the Fairview area.

I am tidy, respectful of others, active, love the beach and mountains. I own my own townhouse back home in Australia and am renting that out currently, so understand the process of finding a good tenant.
