Looking for PET (Cat) FRIENDLY rental with with Long Term Lease Budget - $1100 all inclusive PRIVATE ROOM

Hi there, I am looking for a shared apartment/house for October 1st. I am also open to teaming up to look for rentals that could work for our needs!! I’m looking for housing by the millennium line in Burnaby or Coquitlam. I currently live on Capitol Hill and need to be closer to a sky train station!

Bit about me: I moved to Vancouver 8 months ago from Montreal. I work as a Chemist near Production Way Station in Burnaby. I have a cutee cat. She is feisty 🔥 but also friendly. Old cat energy –> doesn’t have time for your shit, unless you’re giving treats ✨ The house and roommates MUST be comfortable with her pls.

I am respectful of privacy but I also would like to have some social time with roommates. I am LQBTQ+ and 420/smoker friendly! Other than that I keep plants around the house, watch a lot of movies & TV, drink a ton of coffee and go out sometimes.
