I am a 27 year old professional who currently lives alone in a 1-bedroom with den. After a few years living solo, I’m finding myself getting a bit lonely, so thought it might be worthwhile to find a roommate to split a new place with. We can find one together, or if you already have somewhere and are looking to rent out a room.

I have 2 indoor cats, and they are very friendly. Unsure how they would be with other pets so that would have to be tested. Would love to split a house or 3-bedroom (my requirements are in-unit laundry and outdoor space / parking for my car).

It is really important to me that I vibe well with my potential roomie and hope to grow a friendship. Compatibility is important to keeping a comfortable home! I am an introverted extrovert who spends a lot of time at home but also loves to go on adventures and see my friends. I am pretty quiet, don’t have parties, and am clean and tidy. I do not smoke cigarettes but I do vape. Looking to stay within central Sudbury (Gatchell, Little Britain, etc.) but am open to New Sudbury / South End.
