We are a full-time working couple looking for another couple or 2 females to share a 2 bedroom unit.

• We are very clean & tidy, always clean up after ourselves

• We are very minimalistic with little furniture & belongings

• We aim for a peaceful, quiet environment and will respect you. We are chill

• We have been renting for 7+ years and have always paid rent on time, never once missing a payment

• We’ve had roommates before and have excellent roomie etiquette :)

Our needs:

• Couple or 2 females sharing a room only

• You’re okay with our 12 year old cat living with us, whom I take very good care of and clean up after immaculately. He is very hygenic, clean, and well behaved. He can potentially stay confined in our room so that he is not in any common area.

• Can live with dogs. Can not live with cats since our cat is aggressive toward other cats.

• 6 months - 1 year tenancy, possibly longer

• 4 people splitting the cost of a 2 bedroom unit saves a lot for each couple
