• I’m extremely cooperative and communicative.

• I am very considerate and want to make sure my living habits make our home peaceful & stress-free.

• I’m very clean. I do not leave clutter around, I’m organized, hygenic, and clean up after myself in all common & private areas. I understand life is busy though, and a “perfectly spotless” home is not what I expect from others or myself - a dish here and there, sweeping left undone for a week, etc. is not a problem to me, as long as the home is regularly maintained by all of us.

• I am friendly & kind, but also have the utmost respect for your personal space & energy. We can be in a shared space and talk, or just be in silence. I am comfortable with both.

• I am very quiet and enjoy sitting in silence. You will never hear me playing music or videos loudly, or having a loud phone conversation. It is extremely important for me to have a compatible roomie who is also very quiet.

• I have always paid my rent on time. I’ve been living on my own & in shared accommodations on and off for 9 years.

• Please note I am vegan. Living with a vegetarian or vegan roommate is not required for me but I do require acceptance & respect of my dietary choice just as I extend the same to you. Thank you kindly :)

• No smoking inside the unit

• A roomie who truly values a quiet space like me. The place needs to be quiet as a default – No playing anything out loud in common spaces like shows, videos, or music.. we can use headphones in common areas.

• Not to be rude or controlling, but my roomies talking loudly on the phone for hours on a daily basis would be something I could not live around

• Reasonable cleanliness in the shared spaces

• Willingness to be openly communicative and respectful

Please note I typically work night shift so I will need use of the kitchen in the night time. I will be extra quiet during late hours. :)
