I’m a student from the University of Waterloo graduating in April. I have a full time job in downtown toronto starting in June so will be looking to move in during that time. I’m respectiful of people’s space and privacy but am also open to being good friends if that’s the dynamic.

For landlords: I’m very respectful of the space and won’t smoke indoors or dirty the place at all. I have a history of subletting successfully in Toronto previously as I lived there for multiple terms as a co-op student.

For roommates: I like going out on the weekends but will be quite busy during the weekdays. I’m a great cook and will be cooking a lot of good stuff at home so that’s kind of a plus?
