Hi there!

My name is Sam Goddard and I’m looking to rent a room in Parksville. I recently accepted a new job in Parksville and I am looking for a place where I can move in on March 1st or possibly earlier. The majority of my work will be done in the Parksville area, but I will also have to travel around Vancouver Island to some extent, so I won’t be home all the time.

I’m thirty-five years old and a relatively active individual. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, but I have no problem being around those that do. I’m usually up early every day, and like to make sure that I get some exercise either before or after work. My hobbies include bicycling (lots of it), hiking, reading, and music (unfortunately, the only instrument I can play is a stereo). I value good honest communication and cleanliness, but I think that I’m a pretty easy going person… I try not to take myself too seriously. I’m pretty good at managing my money, so you won’t ever have to worry about rent being late or coming up short.

I would be looking to rent the room for a year to start, assuming that we get along and there are no problems.
