Hi! I’m looking for someone to find and share a 2bed/2bath with me in downtown. I’m already doing viewings and have a couple places shortlisted that would be about $1500-1700 per person. I’m looking for someone clean, easygoing and responsible. Move in would be December 15 or January 1 and requires a minimum 1 year lease. I like to keep a good balance of privacy and socializing and have had a lot of fun living with others in the past :)
