Hello i am interested. Im 37 year old man in an apprenticeship program currently at george brown college. Unfortunately due to financial issues i am currently on Ontario Works. If you accept ontario works for 1st and last payment? I can continue to provide rent as long as for my stay which is probably till feb on 2025. Will be starting work in January as my course ends at that time. I also work part time on off days from school. Please let me know if that is a good fit and we can schedule a viewing.
