I am Jeff, a semi-disabled, 58/Male, non smoking, no drugs, no drinking, no parties, and no pet; although, pets are cool 😎. I am clean n tidy, and quiet. I pay rent on time. References upon request.

At the present time I am spending my free time learning about birds, exercising, reading health related material, and eating well, so I can finish recovering, doctor’s orders. I will be doing some meal delivery, tho. I am looking for a clean and quiet place, hopefully longer term, if we are a good fit. I don’t care about 420, but I am not living with heavy drinking or drugs. Thanks
