Hey there, I’m actively in search for an July Aug or Sept move.
I’m on the hunt for a long-term spot in a house with an unfurnished room — If you are also searching for a room.. lets team up and rent our own house!! I’m ideally searching for a house in east Van Sunrise/commercial area or Mount pleasant, thats chill and not too far from a SkyTrain. I grew up in a big family and have lived in a collective before, so I really appreciate homes that are friendly, respectful, and feel like a shared space rather than just roommates passing in the night.
I’ve got some allergy quirks, so hardwood floors and a scent-free environment (no perfumes, colognes) are a must. Also, no smokers, please!
A little about me: They/ Them/ He/ him/ G.fluid. I’m a costume designer shifting into voice acting, and I’m pretty involved in the regional Burner scene. I care a lot about community, creativity, and good vibes. I’d call myself a chatty introvert—I love good conversation but also value quiet time to recharge. I’m clean, considerate, and super outdoorsy (weekend hikes are kind of my thing). I’m also into anime, art, gardening, fashion and spending low-key time with friends and family.
Ideally, I’d love to co-rent a house in E.van area with 4-5 other people who are clean, communicative, and into keeping the home relaxed, creative, and consciously fun.
