Hello! I’m a young, tech professional looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful roommate/roomates. I’m looking for people who are also young, established individuals with the following qualities:

Good credit/established sources of income: Were not about to start playing, I don’t care what you do or how you do it, just never be late on anything. Clear criminal background: A clean criminal history is essential. Proven experience living with roommates or independently: Ideally, you have previous experience living with roommates or independently and understand the importance of maintaining a positive, collaborative living environment for an extended period of time. I’m in no rush to find the right fit—this is an important decision, and I want to make sure we’re 100% compatible before committing. I am gay so coed rooming shouldn’t be a problem. Ideally, we’ll get to know each other more in-depth and take the time to make sure we’re a good match for this. While the move-in date is extremely flexible, I’m aiming for no later than summer 2025 but earlier is better!
