I am an easy-going guy looking for a furnished room (preferably) to rent in a house or duplex. A room in an apartment would also be ok as long as the neighbours are respectful and not loud. I would only be there during weekdays and be gone most weekends. I’d like to find a roommate who is mature, clean and quiet just like me. Age or gender doesn’t matter. A room in Wellington Village, Hintonburg, Westboro or even Carlingwood/Glabar Park would be great…or any location close to the LRT/north of the 417.
