Budget is $600-$700 would be awesome to stay downtown but open to all areas. Looking for a start date or April, may or June for a long term rental

I live alone and I’m looking to change that as I like having other energy exist around me while also being okay with not always engaging. I’m not a total bore, I am super social and fun so open to building a healthy neighbourly repore! :)

I have a cat, she’s 15 and I am beyond ontop of cleaning her litter. She’s a cuddle monster so if you want some of her lovinn it’s upon request as she likes to hide in my clothes/ when I’ve had roommates she always chose to be a room cat. So other animals are a totally a non issue. Outside of my usual tasks I love to cook, hang out and enjoy my peace. I’m very tidy and I really would love the same in a roommate.
