Hey I’m Eve or Evelynn, i have a behaved cat who is super friendly he will stay in my room only! I’m also a keep to myself type of person, sometimes i will have a guest over in my room but other than that im respectful of others and very clean! I like my peace and expect the same in return, on another note, I am currently job hunting while on EI, i will get another job very soon! but I am in a unsafe living circumstance, and would not be able to provide a last month deposit but I can pay rent with no issues every 1st of the month! and my budget is $800 max. I understand alot of places require first & last month deposit but given my circumstances (no job yet, thanks to the economy) I just need to get out of a unsafe living space, but i will be able to pay my rent on time always as that is my responsibility! So no doubts there Also, my cat and me are a package deal!! I really appreciate you for reading this far! If we seem like we could work out drop a message ! 🙂
