Hey, I’m Kayla! I work full-time from home as a designer and will be going to Sheridan for Art Fundies in the fall. My ideal move-in date is May-August with a longer-term lease (at least 1 year). Looking to rent an unfurnished bedroom with furnished common areas in an apartment or house near Sheridan.

I mostly keep to myself, but would be down to share a meal or hang out as friends :) In my spare time, I cook, read, listen to music, watch anime, and workout. I’m organized, clean, COVID mindful, and quiet (for the most part). I’m very understanding and a clear communicator — always receptive to concerns or questions. I’m a queer woman 🌈 BIPOC and disability allied.

Looking for similarly considerate and responsible roommates who clean up after themselves and take turns doing household chores. Students or young professionals, as well as women or enbies preferred. Quiet times before 8am and after 11pm preferred. No basement apartments please. Must keep the home smoke-free. Allergic to animals, so sadly no big furry pets.
