I’m a working professional with a background in animal biology and computer programming. I like to keep to myself most of the time, but I would enjoy living with roommates that like to hang out sometimes (not necessary though). My days will revole around work, my dogs, and potentially gaming.

I do have 3, well behaved, large breed dogs. Due to this, I would like to live in a house that likes or at least doesn’t mind dogs, has no other dogs in the house, and no cats/free roaming animals in the house (my one dog is “iffy” around small animals).

I am looking ideally for a BASMEMENT but open to a big/master bedroom with these MUST HAVES:

• Dog friendly
• Enclosed backyard
• Laundry on-site
• At least 1 parking spot available
• A/C and heating that works
• Ideally within $900-$1400, with utilities included
• unfurnished
