My name is Rachel, I am in my 30’s. And looking for a cat-friendly place within the Moncton area. I want to eventually buy a house, so am looking for someone to share rent with to save money. And am looking to move into a new space either together or be the main tenant.

I have lived with housemates on and off throughout the years, so am well versed in sharing space with others. And I have a pretty good idea of the space I need for compatible cohabitating 😅

I would love to share a place with someone who:

• Enjoys keeping common areas clean and tidy
• Loves cats (My cats name is Sven)
• Has good and open communication skills

If you also have a cat, Sven would totally love company! (He also needs a place that has a balcony, to help relieve his day to day boredom)

I moved here from Manitoba couple years ago, and have not yet accumulated a ton of furniture. So, if you have been living on your own, our things should fit into a joint apartment with ease.

I am a fairly social person, but I won’t foist it on you. I have a list of hobbies I like to divide my free time between, both at home and out of the house.
